Cancellations / Order Changes
Quick processing is a top priority for us at KSRESIN. We understand there are many customers that use epoxy resin for their businesses and expect their orders to get to them in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on fulfilling orders the same or next day and have been ramping up production to ensure we keep this promise. Due to how quickly we process orders, there are times we may not be able to cancel or change an order. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email email@example.com as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed if it has already been fulfilled or is currently being packaged. If your order has been fulfilled and you need to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
We accept returns for all unopened products within 30 days of the product being delivered, however the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and there will be a 15% restocking fee or the cost of original shipment deducted (whichever is greater) for all returns. If you plan to return or refuse a package, please let us know immediately before returning or refusing the package. Allow 7-10 business days for the returns to be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
KSRESIN does not make any changes to addresses when fulfilling orders. All packages are sent to the address the buyer entered. If the address entered was incorrect, KSRESIN will not be held liable and will not reship the package. If the carrier deems the address as un-deliverable, we can reship to a different address but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the buyer prefers a refund due to incorrect address or delivery issues, the package must have been returned to us before we can process a refund, and there will be a 15% restocking fee (or deduction of original shipping costs, whichever is greater).
Damaged Packages / Missing Contents
If you receive a damaged package or the package you received is missing contents, please notify us immediately. We will request that the receiver notifies the carrier of any damages or missing contents due to possible damage or mishandling. Claims must be submitted and proof provided of claim before KSRESIN will reship packages. Please contact us for assistance with this process.
Authorized returns will be refunded after inspection of the original items. You will be notified once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit issuer to process the return.
